Above is श्लोक Shloka (shlok).

She is Devi of the root chakra, the Moolaadhaara Chakra, sitting on Nandi (from English Wiki).

Chakra: Shailputri Devi is associated with or governs or represents the Root Chakra or the Mooladhar Chakra (Four Petals Chakra) मूलाधार चक्र in your body O Sadhak/Sadhika ओ प्यारे साधक / प्यारी साधिका ).
